Olive Oil Skincare USA Return & Refund Policy

At Olive Oil Skincare USA, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our skincare products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Unused or Unopened Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition If purchased between 11/1/2025 and 12/25/2025, we will accept returns through 1/20/2025.
- Opened or Used Products: Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photos required.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Products not purchased directly from Olive Oil Skincare USA (please contact the retailer where you purchased).
3. Refunds Replacements
- Approved Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing (bank processing times may vary).
- Replacements: If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Photos required.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Olive Oil Skincare USA is not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Adverse Reactions
- While our products are formulated with care, individual skin sensitivities may occur. If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately.

- Refunds for opened products due to personal reactions are handled case by case.
7. How to Initiate a Return
1) Email tarik.kaddouri@studiolinq.com with your order number and reason for return.
2) Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
8. Order Issues (Cancel Order; Damaged/Incorrect Items)
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Upon receipt of your order, you may then initiate a return/refund. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.
